      It’s a general purpose distro. Its niche is for users that want even more focus on KISS than Arch and even more stability than Debian. Or tinkerers who want “Linux from Scratch, but with updates”.

      I run Slackware on my gaming pc too. You can use it as a daily driver like any other distro. It doesn’t have a specific use case. It is what you want it to be.
