Home in the US shot up in price around the end of 2021 and peaked earlier this year. I wonder how the comparison looks after that spike.

This graph would look much different if it compared home prices in 2022-2023.

It’s close, but not quite.

Even if reddit does cave, I think the communities here are going to grow and be better than reddit has become. Overtime it will probably be the same in many ways, but I like where Lemmy is right now. I won’t switch back regardless.
