I’m currently backing up my NAS to Backblaze Personal by mounting the drives using Dokany. They appear as local drives and the Backblaze client accepts them for backup.

I was introduced to btop by my Steam Deck. It is quite nice.
I use Plexamp for music, and I can connect the app on my phone to the client on my Roku. Then I can select tracks on my phone and they’ll play on the Roku.

2·8 months agoIt solves all your issues. No weird, non-standard DNS records. Just turn it on and everything both on your local network and external (if you want it to) works via domain name.

2·8 months agoThe easy answer is to enable NAT loopback (also sometimes called NAT hairpinning) on your edge router.
There are ways to back up a NAS with the Backblaze personal plans.

35·10 months agoThese are the results of the monthly Steam Hardware Survey which polls just a small percentage of users. You will be notified by the Steam client if you have been chosen for a particular month and you can opt in or out at that time. My account is 20 years old and I’ve gotten the notification maybe half a dozen times, it doesn’t happen often.
I have a Minisforum B550 for various server tasks. It came with a kit that allows you to use full-size GPUs with it.
Sony stopped making recordable Blu-ray media. Other companies such as Panasonic and Verbatim are still in production.

5·11 months agoPhone services used to have “peak” and “off-peak” hours. Calls made after a certain time, say 7 or 8 in the evening would cost less than calls made during the day. So yes, if it had been during the day it would probably have been more expensive.
