Google and Amazon both have massive corpuses of this data that they would allow only themselves to use.
Anthropic isn’t saying this to help content creators, they’re saying this to kill OpenAI so they don’t have to actually compete
At least a squashed merge I can drive all the chances with git blame, instead of focusing out what “format” that touched the whitespace on 3 lines is masking.
But I like C, it’s like a smaller Golang
Always use --force, far fewer errors that way.
I also use git reset instead of merge. It keeps history more linear.
Reminds me of setting pi = 3 in my friends matlab subroutines in school.
“exit”
✈️: Use exit() or Ctrl-D (I.e. EOF) to exit
I did not know this
“Grandfathered”
You keep using that word, but I don’t think you know what it means
This is 100% on those sites for Siding FB Pixel.
Stop blaming big tech when the problem is everyone willfully going along with it.
If nobody added Pixel to their sites it used FB’s SDKs on mobile they wouldn’t have any of this data.
No integration is as continuous as editing in prod.
Just create an attribute for your comments!
There are 6 different combinations of “interpret multiline whitespace” character patterns. There are three types of single-line strings, and if you use “Yes” or “No” the data gets type cast.
Yaml is chaotic.
Not always, but the second you use anchor/references you have sold your soul in a Faustian bargain of convenience.
On the alignment chart of data/markup formats:
Wait… I thought it was “yet another markup language”
Is this another fucking Bearenstein/Mandala reality split?
Sorry, you must be TOML
You can derive the date by first taking the largest unit, checking if it makes sense, then moving to a smaller time unit iteratively until the date comes out right.
My nephew refuses to talk to me because of this.
He said I smelled like farts, then I said he did times 10, he replied times a hundred, I pulled out the infinity card, then he replied with times infinity plus one, activating my trap card. I sat him down and for 90 minutes, starting with binary finger counting and Cantor’s diagonalisation argument, I rigorously walked him through infinities and Aleph numbers (only the first 2 in detail, I’m not a monster).
Now he knows the proper retort (not infinity plus one, use Aleph 1). Unfortunately now he’s not sure if numbers are “real” or not because I taught him that natural numbers are the cardinal numbers.
It’s a little out of the ordinary for now, but for thousands of years dates counted upwards from a negative number, which this new method easily avoids.
Honestly this is better than the old suit, but I still don’t want it.
What I would like: this is a webpage about cars, maybe the ads should be relevant to the content, instead of images of disgusting toenails that say “your doctor will eat your baby if you don’t read this”
