I didn’t do it

School never taught me how to actually live and function in society.

Guess what? I ended up poor and going to jail. Guess what? It was the same thing as school only depressed adults, more desperate. Many of the people were kind and just. Good people. They were just institutionalized and thats really sad, on a personal level for me. The way that they carry themselves was heartbreaking to me. I’m very privileged to even sit here and have a good conversation with you.

Schools here are mostly just there to get you used to jail or a shitty job that makes you hate yourself. Institutionalization.

That was well said. I think it is a sign of a larger shift in attitude for many facets of modern day life, that many of us have struggled to really come to terms with. Social media is just more in our control to do something about and I hope to see it shift to other things as well, as we all realize we control our own fate.

Yes. It feels weird, convoluted, and ripe for corruption when human interaction is monetized. It’s just unnatural imo.

Now I get that there is infrastructure that needs to he handled on their end, but we seem to be doing fine. I think alot of people here appreciate the effort, and find that being apart of something feels good and worth it enough to keep it going on donation, fund drive style, community events based funding.

Fwiw, I can kinda imagine putin as sauron, the rings would be all his rich buddies I guess? In this instance the one ring would be the people , sadly. The people always suffer cause of some asshole.
