The article says the code was not hosted on discord. Even if it was, the code does not infringe on any Nintendo copyright. Having a grudge against discord doesn’t make it fair to victim blame

Fair, but a contract can’t overrule actual laws. I’m not sure what exactly those are or where OP lives but if the law says he’d be entitled to that money then a contract couldn’t change anything.

you say that but I smashed the screen on my pixel 4a a few months back, had a quick look around at what new devices I could get in it’s price range, and the 4a was still the device that met my needs best.
