Having your own Domain with Email is the hardest thing you can do.

Literally all Email Services will literally block you except you somehow manage a good Domain. No, I am not talking about the Spam folder. They will not even let that Email in.

I think the difference here is that you can access so many parts through online shopping but also access a lot of knowledge.

Its more possible for a nerd to puzzle the things together. Im not saying its easy, but compared to back in the days, your Motivation would be low to even attempt such interesting routes, because back then everything was more expensive and hard to find.

I also did use the Desktop app a few times and I also hate it because when I want to play my Music files, it opens Elisa but only plays the last music selected + the queue where I tried to open the files. Its extremely user unfriendly

Additionally. I dont do backups. I only sync devices. Except for Phone pictures which are uploaded and deleted from the phone. I think there should be a second device that keeps data

Felt weird hearing story of my ex that the german customs office just stole their Laptop and Phone. She couldn’t show me pictures and she hadn’t any backups or smth.

I am afraid this could happen to me too when they suspect something but are wrong at the end. At the entire time I will not have access to my drives of my server and maybe they accidentally break them. Not sure if they will believe me that its a raid 1, I can imagine them stealing everything without questioning.

You may join multiple ones at the same time but the idea is more heavy with too much decision making while on Discord, you just join a server and have hundrets of Chat Channels together with voice channels to join and create. Additionally the survey on whay roles you want and what channel topics you want to see. Matrix is not even similar, its entirely different.
