I guess I like knowing things the way I want to, and not the way Apple says I am supposed to know them.

Yeah, they’re there usually, but the phone does not light up or do anything, so there is no way to know

Apparently I am not permitted to swipe type on an iPad.

Mine will neither learn nor display corrections. It basically hasn’t improved ever, and i don’t know how to fix it. If Apple would just let me have a persistent number row on all devices i would never have even considered it. I guess i am wrong to want that though.

So…do that? With stage manager on external displays, I don’t think the awfulness will be so prevalent. I’m with you, but I think I’m missing a facet of the issue here.
