They need to raise prices and most likely pay better.

Everywhere else I’ve seen do this barely gets any business now. There’s 3 taco bells near me and they never have a line any more because it’s expensive AF. I doubt it has anything to do with wages but everywhere else has been using pay raises to justify doubling or tripling prices. I’m not saying food workers shouldn’t be making better pay, but prices are getting ridiculous.

That’s why when your job hires new people right out of college they have no idea what they’re doing and now must be trained how to actually do the job. “What, you mean we aren’t writing this enterprise application in python!?”

Just call it “state management” and nobody will even care.
