ReactOS has been in alpha for so long that it lost all reasons to exist, made obsolete years ago by Wine and Proton running Windows apps incredibly well on Linux.
Also it’s a project supported by the russian government so maybe that’s for the best.

I’ve been using Librewolf for years and pages not working are extremely rare.
I guess that’s probably true unfortunately. But official linux hp drivers are less annoying than their windows counterparts at least
I’m not saying that you should do that as a solution to this one specific problem. I’m just pointing out there is a better way.

Don’t even get me started on their laptops. Every single one I owned ended with a broken hinge / hinge supports.
What about service businesses that need to print documents for their clients? Not everything makes sense as an e-mail.
Or just use linux with CUPS and you never have to let hp install spyware on your computer.

I’m glad they do that, it makes people switch to open source alternatives, like NewPipe for YouTube.
They simply have better features and privacy.
That’s an interesting use case but why wouldn’t they just keep using WinXP for those specialized aplications? Why fix what is not broken?
I know it’s not secure, but it doesn’t really matter when it’s not connected to the internet?
