Doesn’t sound normal to me. But those newer CPUs can scale the frequency extremely fast, so looking at the numbers in Task Manager might not be too meaningful.
Didn’t have any heating/fan issues on a 13th gen Framework Laptop 13 in either Windows 11 or Linux. But haven’t exactly looked at the clocks either. And don’t have access to those notebooks currently.

But the hardware vendors can mess up either thermal paste/cooling in gerneral, or force weird clock behavior via the bios/efi/acpi tables.

Hat das Netzwerk von dem du ins Heimnetz verbindet das selbe ipv4 subnet? Also der Router da die selbe IP? Das kann Probleme machen.

Hab das selbe setup problemlos am laufen, ich nutze nur Duckdns (da hab ich die ipv4 variable leer gelassen) und wireguard direkt in der FB. Funktioniert problemlos.

Dyndns geht über ipv6 auch ohne Probleme. Ne fritzbox supported das nativ, bei ner vf Station musst du das Skript vllt auf deinem Rechner installieren. Geht aber auch bei duckdns z.B.

Docsis funktioniert schon, wenn die Kabel Werte passen. Wenn der upload keine gescheite modulation hat ists ne absolute Katastrophe haha. Dann nerven nur die VF Wartungsarbeiten die deutlich häufiger erfolgen als bei DSL.
