Has anyone seen any particularly good deals for NAS’s, storage or memory, mini computers, things like that, for this Black Friday / Cyber Monday season?

I’ve got the simplest setup (mini PC with a 4TB USB SSD attached) and was thinking of upgrading to a proper multi-bay NAS, but those things and multiple TB hard drives are going expensive.

It affected me a lot more in the beginning because I wanted the feel useful. It does feel good to see people use stuff you made, whether it’s code or a physical object.

But it’s happened to me enough times by now that I don’t even care anymore lol. Like you said, as long as I get paid. I try to get my fulfillment from projects outside of work now.

Can I ask which subreddit or is it private? I know which communities I miss but I’m curious what communities we need to cultivate for others.

They want to force people to use the app so they can steal their data easier. That’s my guess lol.

Wrote a couple famous books about Clean Code, Architecture, Test Driven Development, OOP, and Agile.

One day I’ll pull that off…
