Run Multiple Services silly. How do you think Spotify, Netflix, and all these other goofy things operate? I think it is the obsession to locally host your own services and compartmentalize things so things don’t all come crashing down at once. It totally makes sense to me. And I don’t even think it’s masculine. I think chicks would even dig it too. I think they do actually dig it. I think you’re just told as a female that that’s just not for you. And some resist. No subscription for me, thank you very much. All these major tech-bro companies have blood on their hands. And what they do is nothing special.

I deal with computers because if I don’t, computers will deal with me.
You don’t think Gates has sex parties and does drugs from time to time or at one point? I mean, are you following this dude around? How do you know? This is the problem with idols. We just kind of project ourselves or our preconceived notions of what these people are.
I second this… Good Value Assessment.
At this point, I mean, so many people have added to both Windows and Linux that it could be argued that these people didn’t even really invent these things. They invented a part of. I also think about grants, funding, and the materials used to make such things. So I guess what I’m saying is fuck both of these old dudes. Computing was going to happen either way. Windows is a military contractor. Windows has killed many poor people. No gods, no masters. Kill your idols.

51·5 months agoWhen I worked at a science/tech company all I saw was software engineers dicking around as I was crawling around on the ground turning wrenches with my dear friends the wolf spiders. Oh yeah … The meetings my gawd all the fucking meetings yet nothing seem to change. I want to live in a world were tech is not just buzzwords and nonsense. Now I see what their job was supposed to be… There is a lot of bullshit, bloat, blood suckers and talent restrained. Some of these engineers I could tell they cheated their way through school. Also, there were two gun incidents from the temp workers that they chose to hire. One dude was on the news and we heard the 911 call of him killing his own cousin. These people that own these companies are fucking stupid. Absolutely fucking stupid. The owners son who was going to take over the business, you could tell he was high on cocaine. If you get laid off or fired, don’t take it personal. Trust me. All these people are scum fucks. And if someone doubted me, I kept the receipts. I have proof of everything. It always seems like you’re getting gas lit. Like people just don’t understand how crazy it is out here. Like I’m almost certain, we’re just stuck in time. Nothing important is happening in this country. And even from the military industrial complex standpoint, they’re turning that all into subscription-based products. Not only do the American people not own the tech, but the military is on its knees to private corporations who own everything. If you think military spending is outrageous now, just you wait. All these new projects are going to be unnecessarily expensive. What happens in the private sector is most likely going to happen in the public sector or even the military. I kind of think about it like this. These tech companies have enormous power and influence over everything and they are trying to create their own little walled gardens or ecosystems. And if you really look at the world not through boundaries, but through the world of finances and who owns what and where, you see a hidden world of power. It’s like in our best interest to support the little guy. Then cut his ass down when he gets too mouthy. You’ll see. The dictator is a bogeyman and he is there to crush the people. But the inner circle is who figures out how to do that. You should be afraid of the family, the inner circle.

1·5 months agoAlso, there are so many clones out there. I think now we’re at maybe around four different brands you can choose from other than Raspberry Pi. And these prices are just inflated, absolutely inflated. Like price gouging. Like nonsense.

52·5 months agoIt’s all lie in the end. Literally, our whole lives revolve around a billionaire’s penis and the desire to constantly be at war, killing poor people like women and children. I’ve met PhDs that I thought were just monsters, absolute monsters, so stupid, so idiotic, and I was like, this is the moment when I lose faith in everything. I think it’s because you gotta look at the bigger picture. What are we doing as a collective? For me, I’ve noticed we’re not up to much, really and the further you go back in time, studying history, you start to realize that there hasn’t been much human progress. The leader is a follower and the follower is a leader that is dead. If there is a hell, it’s inside your head. Those that want to save the children are those that harm the children. Immaculate Conception, East and West Deception, putting revolutionaries in a box and destroying their cause, want to kill a truth, wrap it in a lie, then watch it die. It’s a small world after all. It’s a small world after all.

111·5 months agoAi is a broken search engine that goes beyond what is needed from a search engine. It makes what I am trying to do 10x harder. The western world is cannibalizing itself with AI as a cover. It is over valued as much is in yankeeland. I have yet to be impressed, yet I have come to realize it is a tool of enshitification guided by the wizard of oz. It will bring death on this world not through it accomplishments but through its failures. It is a limp dick, a hollow shell, It is a feedback loop of a bad idea. I have yet to be impressed by “AI”… It is like Pokémon Go. Cute, fun and only a few people are playing it now. It is a buzzword. A shit stain on my bowl from the steak dinner that I ate last week.

3·5 months agoThe main issue is that these smartphones are sold as some kind of revolutionary tool. But they are just computers with GPS trackers. Basically, human trackers. What older people need is a real community. We all need a real community. We need health care. We need housing. We need affordable living. When you’re not completely stressed out, dealing with old people is not really that big of a deal. I mean, there are so many redundancies. I’m not surprised that older people have trouble just turning on their TV nowadays. I mean I think it’s a cluster fuck. I think TV’s nowadays are really just kind of irrelevant, especially for the next generation. But smart this, smart that it’s just an opportunity for people to mine data from consumers. These redundancies are a fucking headache and they’re everywhere. And supposedly car companies are going to get rid of Android Auto and to start selling your data, listening to you constantly. And when you buy a new car, sometimes it offers free cell service because it has a cell modem inside of it. And so it’s basically just a phone that’s on in your car 24/7 spying on you. It’s frustrating being the guy pulling his hair out freaking out over things. When people look at you they see a tin foil hat man, but you know how it works. And they’re just not listening because they don’t understand the consequences. we live in the age now, where if you do some digging, there are plenty of horrific stories of this poorly thought out tech that is there to be like the Wizard of Oz, up our asses 24-7, spying on us, and there’s no regulation nobody watching out for us either. Its bitches running wild. It’s gotta stop. Also, another thing, I guess in Australia, they’re trying to do this thing where they limit the usage of social media to certain age groups like kids. They all have all different solutions for this and some of its facial tracking. Anything they can do to shoehorn in something that is invasive, where they’re like literally just trying to take your DNA, a Pee sample, and your iris scan. Also it will be poorly stored on some server. So it can be stolen by another corporation who paid that corporation to steal it, so they can sell it to somebody else. And then a gang who steals your identity and all your money when in reality it was just the corporation all along. If people only knew the trans-international security state and how it just justifies its own existence, It’s the global fascist order and it has nothing to do with race. It has to do with class and who owns the mechanism that is the Wizard of Oz. Want to know who has the most child porn? The intelligence agencies. It’s all a game. They play out this scenario over and over again and it just feeds into their justification of existence. It’s like, careful what you wish for. Because eventually, it’s just gonna be turned into a bad thing. I lean into the technology thing, but at the same time, I also believe in a reductionist approach. Don’t find a need for tech. Allow tech to be the solution with absolutely no fucking subscriptions.

4·5 months agoI would eliminate the “features and benefits” by turning off notifications on the home screen… The phone goes boop then she goes to the messages cause it has a unique sound and check their message. Almost all the other goofy apps, unless it’s messaging, I turn off the notifications. For me, the best approach is eliminating variables. But this is all relative to the needs and desires of each unique individual. But I think eliminating variables is the best approach. Unless they get curious about something and ask questions, then you can expand off of the basics.

35·5 months agoI’m always like, read the screen. But you know what? Sometimes they can’t fucking see the screen. So you gotta get them a bigger screen. They also won’t admit that they can’t see the screen. So you’re going to have to pick up on cues. If you find yourself saying over and over again, you know, read the screen. You see that on the screen? over in the right hand side of the screen. On the screen.
What a handsome man.
