It’s decent, and video playback works just fine (only tested with Invidious on this iteration; previous Linux and BSD installs varied on this machine). There are browsers that would be faster, but Mullvad is really the only viable option for my threat model. Oddly, the internet speed is far faster on this official LXQt install than it was on the Trinity spin I used to use.
Yes. I am using the abrosexual flag and fastfetch as a backend. I installed hyfetch using pipx, so fastfetch is included. I am also using the neofetch-style config from the Git repo.
SysV is a godsend
I used to use μLauncher and KISS Launcher. The former is available on Accrescent, while the latter looks nice.

For you, I’d recommend trying Logseq. It wasn’t for me, but feature-wise it might be what you’re looking for.
Failing that, using todo.txt for your notes might work better. However, the only usable app on iOS for this is SwiftoDo, and you would need to figure out how to sync the file yourself.
Instead of this:

You can do this:
cout << "Hello world." << endl;

I had my first GitHub repo when I was a kid. I did not know how to use git. I was manually uploading all of the files via the web interface.

Nope! I can use the machine while it does this stuff, and I run updates overnight.
I do also have Flatpak, for when I need software ASAP (as well as when it isn’t in the repos).

Thanks! Skeuomorphism just looks friendlier than that flat stuff, in my opinion. I’m also a nostalgia junkie.
LXQt is nice. I wouldn’t recommend Lubuntu, though, so I’d say try it with Debian or Arch instead.
