kdenlive and openshot are my choice. openshot is easier for basic stuff but kinda buggy (at least it was in 2023)

no. i believe you’re talking about how existing x11 programs can run under wayland through xwayland. kde plasma as of now can still operate as an X11 DE.

are there any potential dangers in running this? like someone downloading CSAM through my connection? would love to help with bandwidth, but legal troubles are quite scary…
