the obsidian-git plugin. Auto commits and pulls/push every x minutes. Works great for me, I get full version control and works on all my platforms (Linux, Windows, Android). You just need to be careful with your .gitignore and add at least .obsidian/workspace.json to prevent conflicts.
Probably not suitable if you store larger files, but after a year of daily usage with tons of small images I’m still below 150 MB.
I also remember services you could pay to get your captcha solved via a browser extension. You could also register as a captcha solver there to earn a few bucks stupidly solving captchas. Although I’m not sure if they were actually legit.
Yeah conda is slow af, but you can change the env solver which makes things much faster and there’s also mamba/miniconda which I haven’t tried but is supposedly much faster

Just wait until you’re working with different time/date formats, like, god forbid, sharing such documents to someone who has their Windows time/date format set differently than you have.
Was ist denn dein Usecase? WiFi kannst du auch über M.2, PCIe oder USB nachrüsten falls das deine Auswahl erweitert. Und warum nimmst du eine 2 TB und eine 500 GB M.2? 500 GB SSDs würd ich heute ehrlich gesagt nicht mehr kaufen, der Preisunterschied ist einfach zu gering. Da würd ich eher 2x2 TB oder so nehmen für die paar Euro mehr.
Wofür brauchst du die PCIe slots denn noch außer für die GPU?
Ich würd dir außerdem zu einem möglichst beliebten Board raten. Ist die Wahrscheinlichkeit auch höher dass du noch lange Updates bekommst.

Ist das wirklich so viel Aufwand? Ich wechsel in der Arbeit ständig Hardware in PCs, und die cases sind ein bunter Mix von dem was vor ~10 Jahren grad am günstigsten war. Trotzdem brauch ich für einen kompletten Tausch von Mainboard, CPU, RAM (und ggf. PSU) vielleicht 15 Minuten. Von mir aus schlag nochmal 15 drauf wenns schön sein soll und eine GPU dazu kommt, aber viel Aufwand ist das selbst bei den billigsten Cases nicht.
Aber grundsätzlich gilt - desto größer das Case, desto einfacher kommst du ran.
