That shit is extremely rare over here in Germany, and it will not improve employee satisfaction or their commitment. And you are not bound to open the door anyways or to stay home when you are sick (you can get better at your partners place, no problem) so simply don’t open the door when you are sick.
Companies rake in record wins every year, and they still pay measly loans and treat workers as if they were expandables - an attitude still carrying over from the 1980s when unemployment was high in Germany and bosses made sure you rely felt your dependence on them.
So why work more when I get nothing out of it? Those greedy assholes can get fucked. Seriously.

Inflation: Mythos oder doch?
Vielleicht hat er/sie/divers einen Arbeitsvertrag, laut dem auch am Wochenende gearbeitet wird? Ich finde die Frage auch unklar formuliert.
AUB decken die Wochentage ab, an denen man arbeiten muss. Wenn bei Deinem Job auch Samstag und Sonntag Arbeitstage sind, dann sag das dem Arzt, damit er dich auch für Samstag und Sonntag krankschreibt.
Zwei Tipps:
Hängematte groß genug kaufen, dass Du diagonal drin liegen kannst. Längs ist nur kurze Zeit gut, dann bist Du krumm wie eine Banane, und komplett quer ist technisch kaum möglich, dafür bräuchtest Du ein riesiges Tuch.
Manche Hängematten sind nicht gleichmäßig ausgehängt, sondern die Seile an den Enden ziehen manchmal einige Teile des Tuchs straffer als andere, das fühlt sich dann an, als würdest Du uneben liegen (was auch faktisch der Fall ist). Betrifft nach meiner Beobachtung vor allem handgeknüpfte Hängematten. Probeliegen ist also wichtig.

Gerade in der Pflege haben die Mitarbeiter inzwischen die freie Wahl, weil die Arbeitgeber sich alle Mühe geben, auch die letzten noch halbwegs willigen Kräfte zu vergraulen. Deshalb kann man die Frage, wieso man so oft wechselte, getrost mit “toxisches Klima, unfähige Vorgesetzte, ausbeuterische Arbeitsbedingungen” beantworten, gerade in Krankenhäusern und Pflegeheimen.
Diese Unart, alle Schuld immer auf die Mitarbeiter zu schieben, ist manipulativer Müll. “Niemand will mehr arbeiten” und so… Nee: Niemand will mehr in Ausbeutung arbeiten. Schaff bessere Arbeitsbedingungen, dann hast Du auch loyales und kompetentes Personal.
Aus ihrer Sicht ist dieser Unfug richtig, es soll Dir auch Angst machen, und sie will nur Untergebene, die in solcher Angst leben (weil sie mit selbstbewussten Mitarbeitern nicht umgehen kann). Spricht gegen diese Vorgesetzte und gegen diese Arbeitsumgebung, und zwar sehr.
Wechsle einfach. Scheiß auf toxische Vorgesetzte. Erzähl die Geschichte der Leitung des Krankenhauses - wird die in der Regel nichts interessieren (gerade diese Klinikkonzerne sind von der Führung her meistens menschliche Müllhaufen, einige Bekannte haben da haarsträubende Geschichten zu erzählen, das ist quasi der Standard), allerdings gibt es seltene Ausnahmen, vielleicht hilft es ja.
