That was the city of Munich. It was sold as a success in creating freedom and saving millions, but they still went back to Microsoft.
Just to clarify, you can attach one listener per IP and port tuple. This means you can have separate processes listening on, for example, 127.0.0.1:80 and 192.168.0.1:80.
The German store doesn’t offer Fedora, but also gives 60 Euro off if you order no OS. I tried X1 Gen 10 and 13.
