IDK, the hardest (Most tedious) part for me was renaming everything and categorizing things properly, but that passed over seamlessly, although I do remember being paranoid that I would have to do It again and the only reason I switched is because Windows broke something on my old server and I had to use Linux so I was kinda forced into it.
Quite frankly I wouldn’t recommend learning C these days except for maintaining, there are better languages e.g Rust, Go, Zig, Swift. And the Eu and US are cracking down on unsafe Code including open source.
Can’t figure out why you would use Plex over jellyfin, I have a life time pass to Plex, I haven’t used it in years, this isn’t about money, it’s about not having garbage running on your machine.
I was just able to download it on every TV I have
Not no more I don’t, get a stool it will save your back, I’m serious.
As I wander through the desolate wastes of this once-great land, surrounded by the ruins of structures grand enough to have been constructed by the gods themselves, I am constantly haunted by the glare of the despot responsible for it all. His gaze stares down upon me as though reaching inside my soul to condemn my rebellious heart.
Despite the untold lives he has ruined, my conditioning is so strong that I am compelled to drop to my knees and shout, “Oh, Mighty One! You will never give us up, you will never let me down, you will never hurt me.”
But as I stand in the middle of a desert with nobody to hear my cries, I know deep down that he has indeed let me down. Still, the conditioning is too strong. We are strangers to love, and you know the rules—so do I. I wouldn’t get this from any other guy. The cult would never accept me back if I were to renounce my faith.
With all that in mind, I wander into the desert, knowing there’s no water for miles, promising I’m never gonna run around.
Why’d you implement so much that they didn’t want to pay for? Should have died in the planning phase.
I have three setups DEV: an environment that is almost useless thanks to how many changes have to be made between production and the development environment.
TEST: A More useful exact cloan of production that you still have to edit specific things but it is usually the same each time.
PROD: this one just never works right.
Oh, good more distro fragmentation that’s exactly what the community needs.
Honestly probably easier than writing in machine code.
There’s no such thing as bad languages just bad programers anything outside of raw machine code is Just coping for a lack of skill.
We’ll Skibidi Dibidi At’el Do.
The answer is simple the media is radicalizing people and gender is one of their primary motivations it is hand tailored to divide and conquer minds.
Apparently you are, god speed you poor thing.
It should have the numbers change in the middle like a digital clock but look like the numbers on a clock.
It very much depends on how close to hardware they are.
If someone is working with C# or JavaScript, they are about as knowledgeable with hardware as someone working in Excel(I know this statement is tantamount to treason but as far as hardware is concerned it’s true
But if you are working with C or rust or god forbid drivers. You probably know more than the average IT professional you might even have helped correct hardware issues.
Long story short it depends.
First things first, unless you are strictly mailing yourself or you plan on having discussions with google/microsoft/apple… dump the mail Idea, Trust me it’s not worth it and probably won’t work.
Second for what you want almost everything will be held in ram and the drive won’t matter except boot time, I say almost because you want a samba server so the question quickly becomes how much data do you have and how much money are you willing to spend. I would make the argument that the boot drive should always be ssd but the rest is a matter of patience and money
TLDR: don’t bother with Email, boot is ssd and reset hdd unless you’re rich or not much data.
No, but you might notice programs get more responsive as time goes on, ofc if people use it wrong you might see more freezes and system crashes.
Doesn’t matter, the Eu and US and others will make it irrelevant before anyone new has a chance to learn it.
